Furniture Centre

Every question we get asked falls into one of three shapes: what can be made, how do I go about ordering it, and who actually decides. This page puts the answers in one place, so you can start from whichever of the three you happen to be standing on. Most buyers arrive with the piece already chosen, or with the project still open. how a quotation is built if the order is the question, the Italian-inspired range if the design language is already fixed, and what an architect supplies if a drawing is on the table.
If you are choosing a piece, start with the categories. If you are moving a project along, start with the stages. If you are buying for somebody else - a client, a hotel group, a developer - start with the role. Wherever a page answers a question directly, it is linked rather than described, because the detail belongs on the page that owns it.
Each category has its own page carrying the range, the construction detail and the links into the individual pieces. Everything is made to drawings rather than taken from a fixed range, so what you see is the starting point, not the limit. Where a design language is already fixed, the Italian-inspired range explains what we can reproduce from a reference and what we will not.
The categories overlap in practice, which is why the table below lists the page that covers each one properly rather than trying to divide them up. A villa package usually draws on living room, dining, bedroom and casegoods at once. Our bespoke villa furniture service exists as a separate route for exactly that reason.

A custom furniture order passes through ten decisions, and each of them now has a page that answers it. The order below is the order they usually need attention in, because each one is cheaper to settle before the next is committed.
The stages that used to have no page of their own are the reason this page exists. If you had a signed sample but no inspection plan, or an agreed price but no shipping plan, you were working from a paragraph inside somebody else's page. Now each stage has its own, and the pages link to each other so you can pick up from whichever step you are actually at.

The same furniture is bought by people with completely different constraints. A homeowner cares about a finished room and one delivery. A designer or architect cares about the design intent surviving manufacture. A developer cares about a repeatable standard across units. A procurement team cares about comparable offers and documented evidence. A dealer cares about reorder consistency and label accuracy. A third-party inspector cares about the reference documents. A forwarder cares about packing data. An installation team cares about the information that arrives with the goods.
Where a role has its own page it is linked below. The two that do not have one yet, and would if the demand were confirmed, are media and press, and the individual craftspeople who make the pieces.

If you have no specification yet, read how to get a custom furniture quotation first, because the information it asks for - dimensions, materials, quantities, destination and required date - is what makes every later stage faster.
If you already have drawings, the stage you are at decides the page. Drawings and no price, it is the quotation page. A price and a physical piece in front of you that nobody signed off, it is the sample approval page. Goods made and you are nervous about what arrives, it is the inspection page. On a ship, it is the shipping page. At the site with rooms not ready, it is the installation page.
And if the question is whether a factory is the right partner for your kind of buyer, the buyer pages will tell you faster than a product page will.
